Your lawyer: Benjamin Heinze

Benjamin Heinze is a native of Saxony and has completed his studies at the University of Jena. In the Freistaat Thüringen (Free State of Thuringia) Mr. Heinze also passed the second state examination in law with distinction. In addition to the legal clerkship, which Mr. Heinze, amongst others, spent at the second civil senate of the Thüringer Oberlandesgericht (Thuringian higher regional court), he already worked part-time as a research associate at a law firm in Erfurt which is oriented to economic law.

Mr. Heinze, who has a very good command of the English language, will advise and represent you in all general civil law issues. Besides that, his special focus lies in the fields of labour and employment law. Small and medium size companies as well as private individuals are the core of his clients.
